The weather is well dreicht here today. But yesterday it was clear and a frosty misty start. I took the dog out for her morning walk and noticed that the beautiful Teme Vally was full of mist. Ideal for a quick bit of landscape photography. Walked home, fed the dog, grabbed the camera and back up a hill, above the mist and into the sunshine. It was beautiful. I could see the Malverns in the distance, with the valley full of swirling, flowing mist. It looked amazing. After a few minutes, I was standing in a grey cold cloud, then another few minutes later and back in the sunlight. In this image, I love the way the tree just sticks up out of the sea of mist. It felt like, that if you had a pair of snow shoes, you could walk out onto the mist!
